T&D Europe is the European association of the electricity transmission and distribution equipment and services industry. ANIMEE is affiliated in T&D Europe, therefore participates in regular work meetings with its european counterparts, where the main legislative changes are discussed and information is shared, in order to best defend industry’s interests, reaching consensus solutions that benefit european industry subsector against third countries. The companies represented by T&D Europe account for a production worth over €25 billion, and employ over 200 000 people in Europe.

ANIMEE is affiliated in CECAPI – European Committee of Electrical Installation Equipment Manufacturers which promotes the collective and common technical, industrial, economic and political interests of this european industry. ANIMEE is a full member and participates in the biannual work meetings. Among other activities, CECAPI participates as stakeholder in the formulation and implementation of European policy, legislation and regulation of interest to the electrical installation equipment manufacturing industry.

ANIMEE is affiliated in CEMEP, the European Committee of Manufacturers of Electrical Machines and Power Electronics, representing an industry with a market value of € 22.4 billion and 200 000 employees. The members of CEMEP are National Associations that represent industries such as high and low voltage motors and uninterruptable power supplies, industrial subsetors within the scope of ANIMEE.
