Assignments:

• Negotiation with Union Structures of the Collective Labour Contract of the Sector
  
  
• Representation of the sector's socio-labour interests before public or private institutions, namely CIP - Confederation of Portuguese Business;
  
  
• Initiative to create or amend legislative diplomas with particular importance in the socio-labour field;
  
  
• Legal and labour support to Associated companies;
  
  
• Promotion of meetings on socio-labour issues and anual holding of Human Resources Managers' Meeting.
